titleOfInvention | Anti-Helicobacter |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a drug which has a small burden on a patient and has an excellent anti-Helicobacter action. An anti-Helicobacter agent containing a lipid selected from hydrogenated oil, carnauba wax and microcrystalline wax, a viscous substance, and an antibacterial substance (excluding a condensed imidazole compound) as the only active ingredient is used. [Effect] The anti-Helicobacter agent of the present invention adheres to the gastrointestinal mucosa and has a long residence time in the gastrointestinal tract, and can maintain the pharmacological activity of the antibacterial substance in a small dose, thereby reducing side effects. It is characterized by a low burden on the user. Therefore, the anti-Helicobacter agent of the present invention is a disease caused by Helicobacter spp. Duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, anastomotic ulcer, gastritis, esophagitis, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison son) syndrome, gastric cancer, liver cancer, etc.) can be used safely as a preventive / therapeutic agent. |
