titleOfInvention Lightweight carbide chips
abstract (57) Abstract: The present invention relates to a lightweight carbide chip which is extremely lightweight, hard to break even when in contact with each other, and hard to be powdered. The present invention also provides a lightweight carbide tip used as an underlay for a bed of a sick person, a heat insulating material and the like. SOLUTION: The apparent specific gravity is 0.15 to 0.5 g / cm. 2 , a light weight carbide chip obtained by pressing the coconut pulp almost perpendicular to the fiber arrangement direction and then steaming, and the thickness after removing the pressing force to the coconut pulp almost perpendicular to the fiber arrangement direction. However, after pressing to about 1/3 to 2/3 of the original thickness, a method for producing a lightweight carbide chip is cut and steamed.
