titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of decorative board
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] While being excellent in both moisture absorption and release properties and waterproofness, Provided is a method for manufacturing a decorative board having high designability. SOLUTION: A sealing material layer 2 having both waterproof property and moisture absorbing / releasing property is formed on a surface of a substrate 1 made of a porous inorganic panel, and a transfer layer 6 of a transfer sheet 7 is formed on a surface of the sealing material layer 2. The transfer layer and the filler layer 2 are adhered by overlapping and pressing, and then the carrier sheet 5 is peeled off to form a decorative layer on the filler layer 2. As a filler, a paint containing any of cereal shell powder, shell powder, and cypress powder in a resin binder is used. Alternatively, an uneven pattern is formed on the filling material layer by using a shaped sheet having an uneven pattern on the surface and overlaying and pressing the uneven pattern of the shaped sheet on the filling material layer. Despite the formation of the coating film, without sacrificing the moisture absorption / release properties and waterproofness of the substrate 1, In addition, a product having high designability can be obtained.
