PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selectively permeable hollow fiber membrane capable of removing harmful substances such as β 2 -MG and preventing outflow of useful substances such as albumin in hemodialysis. A permselective hollow fiber membrane comprising a cellulose derivative having a porosity of 75% or more in a wet state and an albumin sieving coefficient (SC) of 0.04 or less after perfusing bovine plasma for 1 hour. |
