abstract | (57) Abstract: A high-performance lithium battery using nickel oxyhydroxide as a positive electrode active material. A lithium battery positive electrode plate containing nickel oxyhydroxide and lithium nickel oxide, a lithium battery positive electrode plate containing lithium-containing nickel oxyhydroxide and lithium nickel oxide, and a lithium battery provided with these positive electrodes . In conjunction with the charging / discharging depth, the charging / discharging voltage and the open-circuit voltage greatly change as compared with conventional batteries, and good charging / discharging of nickel oxyhydroxide becomes possible. That is, it is possible to provide a new lithium battery in which the voltage changes almost continuously in the range from 4.2 V to 2 V. |
