Application of the liquid for protective coatings and ink cartridges |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid polymer coating for a flexible printed circuit and a method for applying the same. The presence of an initiator, which has a minimum durable radius when subjected to a corrosion test of about 0.5 mm and protects the substrate such that essentially no leaching of solvent under the protective layer occurs. A liquid polymer coating composition for a flexible printed circuit comprising at least one epoxy group reacted with at least one additional polymer or monomer below is applied in an imagewise liquid form to the conductors of the flexible printed circuit to form a coating. Method. |
