PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oral composition which has excellent stability of dextranase and exhibits a high plaque formation inhibitory effect for a long period of time. SOLUTION: Dextranase and a hydroxy-2-pyridone derivative represented by the following general formula (1) or a salt thereof are used in combination.
