titleOfInvention | Whetstone repair method and device |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whetstone correction method and a whetstone correction method capable of accurately correcting a cylindrical whetstone having a curved contour. SOLUTION: On a plane (paper surface in the drawing) including a grinding wheel shaft 14 of a grinding wheel 2, a modified grinding wheel shaft 7 perpendicular to this plane is arranged, and a rotary dresser 1 is arranged on this plane. As a result, the outer periphery of the rotary dresser is worn in parallel with the axis of the modified grindstone, so that the arc-shaped portion 2m of the grindstone 2 can be accurately formed. Further, an ultrasonic sensor is provided to determine the positions P1, P2, and P3 so that the tool path can be automatically programmed. |
