titleOfInvention Gas discharge panel manufacturing method and paste embedding device
abstract (57) Abstract: A phosphor with good positional accuracy and low loss when embedding a phosphor paste in a groove between a plurality of strip-shaped partition walls formed on one substrate of a gas discharge panel. Implement paste embedding. A gas discharge panel having a pair of substrates has a plurality of strip-shaped barriers formed on one of the substrates, and a strip-shaped groove 290 is embedded in a strip-shaped groove 290 corresponding to an opening of the strip-shaped groove. The discharge head 1 is provided with an elongated opening for extruding the phosphor paste 280 from the opening, and the discharge head 1 is moved so that the opening is set at a position corresponding to a predetermined band-shaped groove 290d. A process of extruding the phosphor paste 280 from the opening thereof into the strip-shaped groove 290d, and a step of cutting the extruded phosphor paste 280. .
