abstract (57) [Problem] To continuously and accurately separate trimethoxysilane. SOLUTION: In a method of continuously separating by azeotropic distillation using n-hexane as an azeotropic agent from a mixture containing methanol and trimethoxysilane, the weight of n-hexane and methanol supplied to a distillation column per unit time is disclosed. Distillation is performed at a ratio of 3.0 ≦ n-hexane / methanol ≦ 5.0.
