abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in a conductive polymer layer forming step of a solid electrolytic capacitor and to improve a capacitance appearance rate. SOLUTION: The viscosity of the oxidizing agent solution is increased and the number of times of polymerization is reduced. By selecting an oxidizing agent such that the oxidizing agent is a metal salt of an aromatic sulfonic acid and the aromatic sulfonic acid and the metal salt are solid at ordinary temperature and pressure, the oxidizing agent having a high viscosity is dried. Since the pore entrance of the porous body is not blocked, the conductive polymer is sufficiently formed between the insides of the porous body. Therefore, a sufficient capacity appearance rate can be obtained even when the drying of the oxidizing agent is repeated a plurality of times. |
