SOLUTION: The general formula: (In the formula, R 1 represents a C 10 -C 60 alkyl group, and R 2 and R 3 represent a hydrogen atom, a C 1 -C 8 alkyl group, and the like.) An alkylphosphonic acid derivative represented by, or a derivative of an amine compound, an amino alcohol and a polyamine compound, and a reaction product of the derivative with at least one of a surfactant and a steel or steel alloy characterized by being dispersed in water together with a surfactant. Aqueous cold forging lubricant.
