titleOfInvention Type I polymorphs of phthalocyanine titanyl with high photoconductivity
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high photoconductive type I phthalocyanine titanyl having an improved response speed to light, which can be used with a wide range of known charge transfer layers. SOLUTION: A mixture of (a) phthalocyanine titanyl of type I; (b) a solution of methylene chloride and dihaloacetic acid is formed, and the mixture is combined with a solution of water and alcohol to recover the phthalocyanine. And It is prepared by washing the recovered phthalocyanine and has high photoconductive properties.
