abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] When molding a plastic product using a mold, instead of mixing a mold release agent with the resin composition, in order to ensure releasability between the molded product and the mold. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for improving the mold releasability of a mold by lowering the critical surface tension of the mold surface. SOLUTION: A polymer thin film is formed on a mold surface by a step of pretreating a mold surface with an inert gas or a reactive gas plasma, and a step of depositing a polymer generated by plasma polymerization of a polymerizable gas on the mold surface. The mold releasability is improved by the low-temperature plasma treatment for coating.
