Provided are an antistatic agent containing the same, an antistatic treatment method using the same, and an antistatic treatment material obtained thereby. SOLUTION: The following general formula (1): An antistatic agent comprising a conductive microgel dispersion containing a self-doping type conductive polymer having a chemical structure represented by the following formula, an antistatic treatment method using the same, and a material subjected to the antistatic treatment by the method.
