A delayed tack-type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising at least a solid plasticizer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive, wherein the solid plasticizer is a compound represented by the following general formula 1. Further, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having delayed tack-type adhesiveness obtained by coating a delayed tack-type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing at least a compound represented by the general formula 1 on a support. Embedded image (In the general formula 1, R1 and R2 represent any of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and an α, α-dimethylbenzyl group, and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a chlorine atom. )
