titleOfInvention | Modification method of recycled coarse aggregate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying a recycled coarse aggregate capable of improving the quality of the recycled coarse aggregate by modifying a cement mortar layer existing on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate. SOLUTION: Chemicals that infiltrate the cement mortar layer on the surface of the regenerated coarse aggregate include an aqueous solution of a fluorinated compound such as ammonium fluorosilicate, an aqueous solution of a carboxylic acid compound such as oxalic acid, an aqueous solution of a carbonate compound such as ammonium carbonate, and ammonium fluoride. Aqueous solution of a hydrogen fluoride compound such as ammonium hydrogen fluoride, an aqueous solution of a silicate compound such as ethyl silicate, or a mixture of at least two or more of these aqueous solutions, for example, (ammonium fluoride + trisodium citrate) )and so on. The chemical reaction between the calcium hydroxide in the cement mortar layer on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate and the aqueous solution of these compounds is caused by a method such as immersing the entire surface of the recycled coarse aggregate in the aqueous solution. |
