titleOfInvention | Method for producing α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester or α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine from L-isoasparagine and L-phenylalanine methyl ester inexpensively and easily. Develop a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Microorganisms or treated cells of microorganisms belonging to the genus Sedacea, the genus Enterobacter, the genus Escherichia, the genus Hafnia, the genus Klebsiella, the genus Morganella, the genus Ranella, the genus Serratia, and the genus Yersinia are obtained by using L-isoasparagine and L-isoasparagine. -Phenylalanine methyl ester, α -L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester or α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester or α-L, characterized in that α-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester is collected. -A method for producing aspartyl-L-phenylalanine. |
