abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] In addition to normal operation, the boiler is more effective than existing technology when it stops, when boiler water is likely to cause many corrosion failures in the boiler water system, and when the water quality is unstable at the time of startup. Provided is a boiler water treatment chemical that can contribute to stable operation. SOLUTION: A first drug comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic carboxylic acid and a salt thereof, aldonic acid of heptose and its salt or delta lactone, and aldonic acid of hexose and its salt or delta lactone.
