abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a powder capable of hardly damaging printed matter such as gravure, and of course, greatly reducing scattering into the air during spraying. SOLUTION: An additive 12 is attached to the surface of a primary particle 11 to form a secondary particle 13. The surface of the secondary particles 13 is coated with a coating agent 14. The additive 12 has a particle size smaller than at least the primary particles 11.
