titleOfInvention | Aqueous resin composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin composition for metal coating, which has food hygiene, excellent coating film properties and roll coating suitability. SOLUTION: Acrylic acid or methacrylic acid is added to 25 A carboxyl group having a number average molecular weight of 2,000 to less than 5,000, obtained by copolymerizing a copolymerizable monomer mixture of at least two kinds selected from alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, and styrene monomers. A carboxyl group excess epoxy obtained by reacting an acrylic resin (a) with an aromatic epoxy resin (b) having an average of 0.5 or more and less than 1.5 epoxy groups in one molecule at a specific solid content ratio. An aqueous resin composition comprising a resin / carboxyl group-containing acrylic resin reactant (A) and a carboxyl group-containing acrylic resin (B) having an SP value equal to or higher than that of the resin (a). |
