titleOfInvention | Low molding shrinkage / low warpage nylon resin composition |
abstract | (57) [Problem] The present invention can provide a molded article having a small molding shrinkage and a small warpage, so that the molded article can be used in dimensions such as automotive materials, electric / electronic parts, and precision machine parts. An object of the present invention is to provide a nylon resin composition composed of a fibrous zonotolite and a nylon resin, which can be widely used for applications requiring precision. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a resin composition comprising 85 to 50% by weight of a nylon resin and 15 to 50% by weight of a fibrous zonotolite having a BET specific surface area of 21 m 2 / g or more by nitrogen adsorption. When the rate of decrease in specific volume due to crystallization when crystallized from a molten state under a pressure of 80 MPa with respect to the nylon resin of the product is ΔV / ΔV 0 , 0 <ΔV / ΔV 0 ≦ 0.9. The present invention relates to a low molding shrinkage / low warpage nylon resin composition characterized by satisfying. |
