There was a problem. In order to strictly control the conditions, it is necessary to keep flowing a large amount of dry nitrogen gas, and huge equipment costs are required. It is costly and is not a good industrial technology. SOLUTION: Two master molds arranged opposite to each other are fixed using an adhesive tape in which a silicone-based adhesive is applied to a plastic film base material having a water vapor transmission rate of 2 g / m 2 · 24 hr · 0.1 mm or less. The above problem was solved by injecting the raw material monomer into the space between the two master molds and thermally polymerizing it. |
