titleOfInvention Amplifier with low offset
abstract (57) Abstract: A known amplifier has an offset (a deviation between output and input voltage levels) to cause signal distortion. SOLUTION: A driving stage includes first and second supply terminals vdd, g. nd, an input branch including a transistor Q3 connected in series to the constant current generator G1, and transistors Q4 and p a current-mirror circuit having an output branch including an np transistor Q5 and an npn transistor Q6, wherein the collectors of the pnp transistor Q5 and the npn transistor Q6 are connected to the output terminal OUT of the amplifier, and their bases are connected to the input terminal IN. One transistor has an emitter connected to a first supply terminal via a constant current generator G2, and the other transistor has an emitter connected to a second supply terminal via a current-mirror output branch Q4. Supply terminals, whose emitters are connected to transistors Q1 Amplifier connected to the base of the transistor Q2 and the base of the transistor Q2.
