titleOfInvention | Simultaneous analysis of multiple components by continuous flow analysis and its equipment |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a continuous flow analysis method capable of simultaneously analyzing a plurality of coloring components in a sample by a simple operation. [Solution] A measuring light of a wavelength having an absorption band for a plurality of coloring components is provided. Using the same sample, the state of the color components is adjusted stepwise, the absorbance of each color state is measured, and a plurality of components in the sample are analyzed simultaneously by comparing these absorbances. Preferably, a plurality of measurement cells are used as means for adjusting the color development state of the sample in a stepwise manner, each measurement cell is connected in series, and the color development state is adjusted while the sample flows through each measurement cell in order. |
