The present invention comprises a cement, an aggregate, a synthetic resin emulsion based on an anionic copolymer obtained by copolymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and a fluidizing agent as main components, and a cement: aggregate weight ratio of 1: 0. 5 to 1: 4, and the solid content of the synthetic resin emulsion is 15 to 35 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture of the cement and the aggregate, and the cement 1 A floor finishing composition comprising 0.05 to 2 parts by weight of a fluidizing agent with respect to 00 parts by weight, wherein the anionic copolymer comprises an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, an ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid, and ethylene.
