SOLUTION: A modified silicon nitride powder in which an amorphous silica glass phase is formed by subjecting silicon nitride powder to a hydrothermal treatment is used as a raw material powder, and a necessary sintering aid is added to the raw material powder. Then, by firing, a high-density silicon nitride sintered body is obtained. |
