abstract | (57) [Abstract] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a color filter that can manufacture a high-definition color filter, has excellent material use efficiency, and does not include a wet developing process and a washing process, and has a simple process. A manufacturing method is provided. SOLUTION: In a first step, a primer layer 13 is formed on a transfer base material sheet 12, and a photosensitive resin layer 15R containing a coloring agent is formed between the primer layer and a release film 14; In the step, the photosensitive resin layer is exposed from the release film side, and thereafter, the exposed portion is removed from the transfer base material sheet 12 together with the release film, and the unexposed portion is left on the transfer base material sheet as a photosensitive resin pattern 16R. In step 3, the transparent substrate 2 for the color filter is pressed on the photosensitive resin pattern, exposed from the transparent substrate side, the transfer base material sheet is peeled, and the photosensitive resin pattern is transferred to the transparent substrate and colored. The pattern 3R is formed, and such a process is repeated for the required number of colors. |
