abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a derivatizable amino group-coated surface having improved properties. SOLUTION: A surface coated with an amino group is produced by coating the surface with a polymerizable amine using a pulsed plasma. The coated surface thus obtained has a high density of amino groups, and a specific binding phase can be obtained by covalently bonding one of the specific binding pairs to the amino group-coated surface. |
