(57) Abstract: A method for producing a retention and dehydration agent based on polyamino-ethers. The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of branched and / or cross-linked polyamino-ethers, wherein dichlorohydrins of glycols or still free chlorohydrins formed from dichlorohydrins of polyglycols and diamines are disclosed. The polyamino-ethers containing groups are crosslinked under the influence of heat in essentially aqueous solutions under alkaline conditions. |
