titleOfInvention Method for producing antimicrobial flexible polyurethane foam
abstract (57) Abstract: In producing a flexible polyurethane foam using a foaming material containing a polyol, an organic isocyanate, a catalyst and a foaming agent, an inorganic antibacterial agent is added to the foaming material and a catalyst is added. Using an organic amine alone or an organic amine and a tin compound as a tin compound, and using a tetravalent tin compound or a divalent tin compound at a ratio of 1 part by weight or less to 1 part by weight of the antimicrobial agent, A method for producing an antibacterial flexible polyurethane foam, characterized by obtaining a flexible polyurethane foam in which is dispersed. According to the present invention, an antibacterial flexible polyurethane foam having a high antibacterial activity and a long duration of the antibacterial activity can be produced, and the antibacterial agent dispersed in the obtained polyurethane foam is inorganic. It does not produce resistant bacteria and is highly safe.
