abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide incontinence shorts that are less likely to leak laterally even when they are thin, absorb water quickly, and cause less discomfort. SOLUTION: The shorts for incontinence are provided with a detachable water absorbing pad on the skin side of a crotch part of the shorts, and the water absorbing pad is arranged in the following layers (a) to (c) sequentially from the skin side. It has a three-layer structure. (A) A surface layer made of a mesh-like cloth having an aperture ratio of 5 to 80%. (B) A cloth made of a fiber having a single fiber fineness of 0.65 denier or less, and a part of the fluff of the constituent fibers is a surface layer.
