titleOfInvention | Modified polyester fiber precursor, modified polyester fiber and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyester fiber precursor having a reduced alkali weight loss rate and a modified polyester fiber having a soft touch to the touch without surface sliminess, and a modified polyester thereof. The fiber is obtained by alkali loss. SOLUTION: A polyester comprising a dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component containing 5 to 25% by weight with respect to all diol residues in the polymer of a mixture of the chemical formulas 1 and 2 contains 0.5 to 5% by weight of an organic sulfonic acid metal salt. A precursor whose 5% by weight polyester fiber has an alkali weight loss rate constant of 15 × 10 −7 cm / min or less is subjected to dry heat treatment at 120 ° C. or more for 10 seconds or more, and further alkali reduction to a weight loss rate of 5% or more. A fibrous groove having a width of 0.1 to 3 μm and a length of 10 μm or more in the fiber axis direction at a groove interval of 5 μm or less, and at least a part of the fiber surface has a diameter of 0.05 to 5 μm and a length of 10 μm. The modified polyester fiber is divided into the above fibril-like ultrafine fibers. Embedded image Embedded image |
