abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] By applying directly to a substrate, the surface of the substrate has permanent lubricity when wet with a body fluid or an aqueous solvent, and a complicated coating operation is required to form the surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coating agent, a coated medical device, and a method for producing the same, which can obtain a highly versatile and highly safe medical device. SOLUTION: A coating agent containing at least a (meth) acrylic acid, an ω-carboxyacrylate, a (meth) acrylic acid derivative, and a copolymer composition containing an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer, and the coating agent is applied to the surface of a substrate. A slippery medical device and a method for producing the same.
