titleOfInvention Volumetric treatment method for highly wet dredged bottom mud
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of highly water-containing dredged bottom mud suitable for mass processing by coagulating the dredged bottom mud without adversely affecting the environment and using a general-purpose, low-pressure dehydrator. A method for chemical conversion is provided. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a highly water-containing dredged bottom mud having a water content of 400 to 3000%, a weight average molecular weight of 3,000,000 to 5,000,000, Sodium polyacrylate having a degree of neutralization of 25% to 75% is added to stabilize the dispersion, and then an aqueous solution of a divalent or trivalent metal salt is added to form a hydrophobic floc. The present invention relates to a method for reducing the volume of highly water-containing dredged bottom mud by natural or forced dehydration.
