titleOfInvention Scale inhibitor
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a scale preventive agent which has less unpleasant odor due to a sublimable substrate than a conventional scale preventive agent, and which is less likely to collapse and dissolves while maintaining its shape. SOLUTION: In a scale inhibitor containing a solid acid and a base material, wherein the base material is composed of a sublimable base material and a water-soluble base material, the base material is 20 to 40% by weight of the sublimable base material. It is a scale inhibitor characterized by containing 25 parts by weight or more and 250 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of solid acid. Further, it is preferable that the sublimable substrate is paradichlorobenzene and the water-soluble substrate is a nonionic surfactant.
