titleOfInvention Release agent for image forming material and method for reproducing image recording medium
abstract (57) [Problem] To reproduce an image recording body while maintaining high quality without damaging the image recording body, and further, there is no stain due to reattachment of a dissolved toner component. Provided are a release agent and a method for reproducing an image recording medium. A release agent for an image forming material, which has a good solvent for a binder resin of the image forming material held on the surface of the image recording material and an effect of weakening adhesion between the surface of the image recording material and the image forming material. And a surface active agent. The release agent may contain a poor solvent for the binder resin of the image forming material, or may contain a viscosity modifier. The release agent is applied to the image forming material held on the surface of the image recording medium, and the image forming material is peeled off from the surface of the image recording medium, whereby the image recording medium can be reproduced.
