titleOfInvention Coloring method of fiber sheet
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for coloring a fiber sheet which can simultaneously satisfy the coloring property, the coloring state inside the nonwoven fabric, the fastness and the texture. SOLUTION: The fiber sheet is colored by a fiber diameter of 1.5. A fiber bundle containing ultra-fine fibers of μm or less is mainly used, and a fiber sheet containing dyeable ultra-fine fibers is used. First, this fiber sheet is immersed in a coloring liquid containing a dye, a pigment, and a heat-sensitive gelling type binder. . Next, after the fiber sheet is treated with steam for a predetermined time, the fiber sheet is subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature not lower than the shrinking temperature of the ultrafine fiber and not higher than the melting point. While being able to color the fiber sheet in one continuous process, The color sheet, the coloring state inside the nonwoven fabric, the fastness, and the texture can all be excellently colored.
