abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a fatty acid salt composition having extremely excellent solubility in water at a low temperature, high detergency, and not generating an off-flavor during storage. (A) When the unsaturated fatty acid having 14 or more carbon atoms is 9 0% by weight or more, of which (b) 30 to 60% by weight of unsaturated fatty acid having 18 carbon atoms and two double bonds and (c) unsaturated fatty acid having 14 or more carbon atoms and 3 or more double bonds. A fatty acid salt composition comprising a water-soluble salt of a fatty acid composition having a composition in which the fatty acid is 8% by weight or less. |
