M 3+ is Al 3+ , F e 3+ , Cr 3+ or Co 3+ is shown. A n- is Cl -, S O 4 2− , CO 3 2− or NO 3+ is shown. x represents a real number greater than 0 and 0.33 or less, y represents a real number greater than 0, and n represents an integer of 1 or more. A composition which masks the unpleasant taste of a drug comprising a layered double hydroxide represented by the formula (1).
