titleOfInvention Method for producing yttrium aluminum garnet raw material powder
abstract (57) [Summary] [Constitution] An aqueous solution of a mineral salt mixed such that the mixing ratio of an yttrium salt and an aluminum salt becomes a garnet composition is added in a molar ratio of 0.1 to 5 with respect to the total amount of metal ions. .0 Add twice the amount of lactic acid or tartaric acid or their salts, neutralize with urea and precipitate. The obtained precipitate is calcined to obtain a raw material powder of yttrium aluminum garnet. [Effect] It is possible to produce a YAG fine powder having little aggregation and excellent dispersibility and excellent sinterability without using sulfuric acid.
