How to mold duplicate products |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: A method of filling a liquid resin into a cavity of a matrix having a cavity corresponding to the outer shape of a product to be duplicated, and curing the liquid resin to form a duplicated product, The matrix is formed from a transparent cured product of the photocurable liquid silicone rubber composition, and the cavity of the matrix is filled with a photocurable liquid resin, and light is irradiated from outside the matrix to form the matrix. A method for molding a replicated product, comprising curing a photocurable liquid resin inside a mold. According to the present invention, the photo-curable liquid silicone rubber composition is cured and the photo-curable liquid silicone rubber composition is passed through the wall having a thickness of several mm to several hundred mm from the outside. A duplicate product can be molded in a short time by a simple operation of irradiating the resin with light. |
