titleOfInvention | Metal plate processing method |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] It is possible to reliably prevent dross or spatter generated during laser processing from adhering to the processed portion of the metal plate, and perform fine processing of the metal plate with high accuracy and easily. [Structure] A metal plate 9 on which casein-based etching resists 10 and 11 are formed is irradiated with a laser beam L by a YAG laser processing machine, and an opening 12 penetrates the metal plate 9 and the casein-based etching resists 10 and 11. To form. After that, the casein-based etching resists 10 and 11 are peeled and removed, whereby the lead frame 1a made of a processed product of the metal plate 9 is manufactured. Excessive laser beam energy is absorbed by the casein-based etching resists 10 and 11, so that the generation of dross is suppressed. Further, the spatter 13 adhering to the periphery of the opening 12 of the etching resist 9 is removed by peeling off the casein etching resists 10 and 11. In this way, a processed product of the metal plate 9 on which the dross and the spatter 13 do not adhere is obtained. |
