titleOfInvention | Adiabatic foam and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | (57) Abstract: It is an object to provide a heat insulating foam having a high heat insulating property by immobilizing carbon dioxide in the heat insulating foam at an early stage. SOLUTION: The foamed urethane resin composition contains a carbonyl compound and an epoxide, which is formed by reacting an epoxide with carbon dioxide, and an average of carbon dioxide, an isocyanate group, and an epoxy group in the urethane resin composition. A heat-insulating foam having a molar concentration relationship of (epoxy group molar concentration)> (carbon dioxide molar concentration + isocyanate group molar concentration). In this manufacturing method, at least one of the delayed activation type resin-ized catalyst composition and the delayed activation type resin-ized material composition is mixed with a urethane resin raw material. As a result, the degree of progress of the resin-forming reaction is increased, the amount of isocyanate groups remaining immediately after the completion of the resin-forming reaction is reduced, and the carbon dioxide fixing reaction by the epoxide is accelerated. |
