abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cured coating film which is excellent in tack-free property of the coating film, can be rapidly and accurately developed with a weak alkaline aqueous solution, and is excellent in adhesion to a substrate, chemical resistance and heat resistance. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a photosensitive resin that can be used, and a liquid photosensitive resin composition containing the photosensitive resin. A resin (A) having two or more (meth) acryloyl groups and one or more carboxyl groups in one molecule. On the other hand, it is a method for producing a photosensitive resin in which a bifunctional epoxy resin (B) having two epoxy groups in one molecule is reacted. The present invention also includes a liquid photosensitive resin composition containing the resin obtained by the method.
