Piezoelectric pump |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] A piezoelectric pump having a pump body containing lead has a problem that lead is eluted from a wall surface of a flow passage of the pump body into a fluid. SOLUTION: A pump body having a fluid flow passage therein and made of at least lead-containing ceramics, and a piezoelectric vibrating body in which at least lead-containing piezoelectric ceramics are sandwiched by a pair of electrodes are formed. The piezoelectric pump has a lead diffusion preventing layer formed on the inner wall surface of the flow passage of the pump body. |
