titleOfInvention Jar pot
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a jar pot that has a low boiling noise, is easy to remove scales adhering to the bottom of the inner pot, and has a glossy bottom. A region having different water repellency is formed on the bottom surface of the inner pot made of stainless steel of the jar pot by an organic thin film which is covalently bonded to the bottom face of the inner pot represented by Si—O bond. At that time, a region having particularly high water repellency is formed so as to be surrounded by a region having low water repellency.
