abstract | (57) Abstract: To improve the sensitivity of a photopolymerizable composition to visible light, particularly light having a wavelength of 500 nm or more. A photopolymerizable composition comprising an ethylenically unsaturated compound, a titanocene compound, a p-aminophenyl unsaturated diketone, and a glycine derivative. [Effect] Since it has high sensitivity to visible light, particularly light having a wavelength of 500 nm or more, the range of selection of the exposure light source is widened, and a highly reliable laser can be used. Also, a low energy exposure light source can be used, and a large number of originals can be exposed and developed in a given time. |
