abstract (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a cast epoxy resin composition for electrical insulation, which has excellent electrical properties and mechanical properties without impairing the casting workability. An epoxy resin composition for electrical insulation containing a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler composed of the following components (A) to (C). Moreover, the mixing ratio of the component (B) is 0.6 to 1.0 with respect to 1 equivalent of the component (A). It is set in the equivalent range. (A) A mixed epoxy resin containing the following (a) and (b) and excluding the following (c). (A) Bisphenol A represented by the following general formula (1) Type epoxy resin. Embedded image (B) A crystalline epoxy resin represented by the following general formula (2). Embedded image [However, the weight ratio of (a) and (b) above is (a) Is 60 to 80% by weight, and (b) is 20 to 40% by weight. (C) A novolac type epoxy resin represented by the following general formula (3). Embedded image (B) Acid anhydride. (C) Curing accelerator.
