abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] As a side chain at the 1-position, -CH 2 OCH (CH 2 O H) CHOHCH 2 OH, -CH 2 (CO) NHCH 2 C H 2 OH, having -CH 2 CF 2 (CO) NHCH 2 CH 2 OH or -CH 2 CH (OH) CH 2 NHCH 2 CH 2 Br, consisting of 2-nitroimidazole derivatives, and 8-hydroxy guanine 8- An elimination promoter for nucleobase hydroxide such as hydroxyguanosine and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. [Effect] The nucleobase hydroxide eliminator of the present invention promotes elimination of nucleobase hydroxide generated in the process of cancer chemotherapy or cancer radiotherapy, and enhances these therapeutic effects.
